Giving people another route.
Not everybody follows the same path. Some people have ability but lack confidence, experience, contacts or somebody willing to give them a first opportunity. We want to show people practical options and help them take the next step.

People preparing for work who need help building a CV, applying for jobs and presenting their experience properly.

Learners who need interview practice, online and in person, and help answering questions clearly and confidently.

People who want to strengthen workplace skills like communication, punctuality, teamwork, customer service and problem solving.

Children preparing for the 11+ or needing additional support in Maths, English and Science.
Early support matters
The earlier someone gets direction, the more options they have.
A young person who is struggling at school shouldn't have to wait years before somebody shows them another route.
Sometimes the difference is simple: meeting a tradesperson, seeing what a real workplace looks like, learning how an office role actually works, getting help with a CV, practising an interview or discovering a skill they didn't know they had.
Those small moments can change what somebody believes is possible for them.
Open to everyone
Somewhere to send people.
We want Karima's families, youth workers, volunteers and the wider community to know there's somewhere they can send anyone who needs support.
The centre also welcomes learners from right across High Wycombe and the surrounding areas, whatever their background. The aim is to keep it accessible and sustainable for generations to come.
